Throughout Bill's life, he's had numerous opportunities to experience the ocean in a way that most never get the chance to. Many of these experiences were captured through photography. Through this photography, designs for his line of apparel were developed. This collection has been created using Bill's insight, inspiration, and designs, with each design offering a new story.
